St. Timothy's Preschool is a play-based program that supports parents and nurtures
children. We have been serving families in the Mountain View, Los Altos and
Sunnyvale communities since 1961.
Our preschool provides a peaceful, caring, co-operative environment. Children
experience art, literature, music, math and reading readiness, cooking, science, and
social studies. They play, explore and mature, following their own developmental
paths. We offer them acceptance, encouragement and support for their efforts. We
respect each child's uniqueness. |

Come experience the difference!
St. Timothy's Preschool is a small school where our children and their families have a sense of community. Parents often linger in the classroom, getting to know each other and watching their children play. Parents have the opportunity to talk to their children's teachers and the Director each class session. Our teachers are skilled in Early Childhood Education and are always happy to answer your questions.
We prepare children for success.
We get students off to a running start, making their transition into Kindergarten a seamless one. |

"We looked at a lot of preschools, and in the end, this was our choice over schools with vast playgrounds and new buildings. My son is very sensitive: this was the most fabulous program for him. The teachers create a wonderful environment, where kids really learn how to make friends and work with each other. Plus, it's a low-key, play-based program.
